The project

A new place with character

On the Eikenboomgaard, an old building is making way for Maison Eikenhof. Architect Erik Elemans designed a building that fits the street, with a red-brick stepped gable and tall windows.

It will contain three apartments. On the ground floor, a single-level town home with its own patio; on the first floor, an apartment with a roof terrace; and on the second floor, an apartment under the roof. Each apartment has its own heat pump, heat-recovery ventilation and storage room. There is no gas connection.

Location

In the centre of Oss

Oss is in the middle of Brabant. By car you are in ’s‑Hertogenbosch in 15 to 20 minutes, in Nijmegen in about 25 minutes and at the river Maas in a quarter of an hour.

Shops, the supermarket, cafés and restaurants are a minute’s walk away. De Lievekamp theatre, the Kinepolis cinema, the Jan Cunen museum and the station are about ten minutes on foot. You can drive or cycle into the street, and there is a large public car park for visitors.
